Beverage & Bar Service

Bartenders (1 per 50 Guests) $55 Each per hour 4 hr minimum plus 1.5 hr set up.

Bar Servers if required

(1 per 50 Guests) $35 each per hour 4 hr minimum.

Actual Liquor Cost plus 40% (bar supplies ie: tonic, juice, sodas, incidentals and gratuity)

Mandatory Security if alcohol is served $400- 4 hrs minimum, $75 each additional hr.

Food Service Estimates

Buffet style service can start as low as $15 per person.

Plated meal service starts at $25 per person.

We can accommodate Food Trucks as well.

Ivey Manor Vendor & Coordinator Details

Ivey Manor works with all approved vendors, and our on-site coordinator provides full event support. Tables and chairs can be provided for up to 200 guests, with additional seating available at an extra cost. Sales tax of 8.25% applies, and gratuities are not included—our team works hard to earn them with purpose. Your event planner and our facility manager will coordinate setup, food service, bar needs, and overall event flow to ensure everything runs smoothly. You may request a list of our vetted vendors. Event fees start at $1,500.
