The Ivey Grand Pavilion Historic Rebuild

Greg and Stacy’s vision for the Ivey Grand Pavilion began when Greg discovered a historic 1893 barn in Pennsylvania, its hand-hewn timbers filled with character and craftsmanship. He reclaimed each beam, brought the timber frame to Texas, and—together with skilled Amish craftsmen—rebuilt it piece by piece as the architectural centerpiece of the new pavilion. What once stood on northern farmland now rises proudly at Ivey Manor, blending preserved history with Southern hospitality. Nestled in a picturesque corner of Tomball, the pavilion complements the property’s manicured indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations. With a welcoming atmosphere and a dedicated team, every event here reflects timeless elegance, rustic charm, and heartfelt warmth.
