Announced first open house and sneak peak of construction for Ivey Manor coming in 2025.

We had our first venue viewing of the new Ivey Manor and began booking events.

Meet Greg & Stacy
Ivey Manor is the shared vision of Greg and Stacy Charney, a husband-and-wife team who poured their love, faith, and craftsmanship into creating a place for families to gather, celebrate, and make lasting memories. Combining Greg’s decades of hands-on construction experience along with Stacy’s talent for hospitality, design, and organization, they transformed nine acres along Decker Branch Creek into a venue filled with warmth, character, and genuine southern charm. Every timber and pathway reflects their commitment to quality and their passion for building a space where couples feel truly cared for. Greg & Stacy are committed to each couple to ensuring every event is treated with the same heart and dedication that brought Ivey Manor to life.



Meet Lily - Event Coordinator
2024 Graduate from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, with a BBA in Marketing, Lily is Greg and Stacy’s indispensable right hand at Ivey Manor, bringing organization, creativity, and a calming presence to every wedding and event. With a natural eye for detail and a gift for communication, she supports couples through planning, logistics, and coordination—making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Lily also leads much of the venue’s marketing and outreach, helping share the beauty of Ivey Manor with the community. Her dedication, kindness, and behind-the-scenes expertise make her an essential part of the Ivey Manor family.
